Responsible to optimise platform usability to the customer area where users can manage all the company's products Mundo Galp. Through data analysis I conducted a A/B testing to validated design decisions and User interview, User testing to identified areas for improvement. I redefined the platform's structure, including its navigation, by introducing a new menu and a redesigned homepage for the mobile app, among other improvements. These changes led to a 35% increase in platform acceptance and a 70% growth in feature discoverability for essential tools, such as coupons and the homepage button.

I worked on the "Eat for Fit" project, a platform for selling healthy meals. The biggest project I worked was as a freelancer for the re-designer the website for Itaú (the major particular bank in Brazil) which took 8 months and allowed me to acquire a deep knowledge of financial products. Creation of all screens and some icons of the new site.
